Preston Reece
Executive Director
Preston is an ETX native and has spent over 15 years serving in church or para-church non-profit organizations like Pine Cove and Mentoring Alliance. Preston is a UT Tyler graduate with a B.A. in Business Administration and also received his M.A. in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2018. Preston is husband to Alayna and father to Oliver and Eden. Preston's passion is the good news of Jesus and his mission is to equip men and women to lead lives of faith and obedience.
Elizabeth Sullivan
Women's Director
Elizabeth is from Oklahoma City and moved to Tyler a few years ago. She graduated from SWOSU with a degree in Mass Communications. Elizabeth is passionate about discipleship and walking intimately alongside college-age students as they grow in their faith.

Lane Murray (Board Chair)
Lane (aka Daddy Boathouse) has been involved with Boathouse since 2019. You might find Lane saying things like "you can't make it up" or "Go God!"
Clay Crouch
Clay is one of the founding members of Boathouse Ministry all the way back in 2015 when it was called "Tubing Tuesday's".
Brandon Culpepper
Brandon has been serving at Boathouse for years. He leads our worship team and Boathouse wouldn't be what it is today without him.
